Attorneys on our staff directly represent death row inmates at all levels of the process, concentrating primarily on state post-conviction and federal habeas corpus proceedings. In fact, we often take on the cases that others won’t. No matter the circumstances, we focus on providing the best possible defense to inmates who would not otherwise have access to an experienced legal team. We are committed to navigating the complexity of extreme criminal sanctioning, as well as providing holistic representation to inmates and their families.
The greatest accomplishment of Justice 360 is that we provide caring & involved representation for over a dozen individuals on South Carolina’s death row. In many cases, we are the only visitors these men receive. I believe we provide more than just legal services to these men; we provide them a support they have never had in their lives. I am honored to be able to do this & I think it is the most important thing we do. Through caring for & supporting our clients we are able to give them some dignity in this truly degrading process.”
