Bill H. 3755 Moves to House Floor

February 24, 2021 – Yesterday, the House Judiciary Committee voted 14-7 to make electrocution the default for an execution if lethal injection drugs are unavailable. Bill H. 3755 now goes to the House floor while a similar bill is on the Senate floor.
