Justice 360 Welcomes 4 New Members to Board of Directors

January 3, 2017 by Mandy Medlock and chris

Justice 360 is pleased to welcome several new members to their Board of Directors. Beginning this month, the current board will be further strengthened by Attorney Patrick MacLaughlin, Attorney Meredith Weinberg, Community Activist Judy Etheredge, and Attorney Andrew Potter.

Attorney Patrick MacLaughlin’s practice, based in Florence is focused on Criminal Defense.  Mr. McLaughlin is a past President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (SCACDL).  He continues to be actively involved in SCACDL, assisting with legislative matters, seminars, and appearing on behalf of SCACDL in support of member lawyers and issues which affect the administration of criminal justice in South Carolina.

Attorney Meredith Weinberg works in the Columbia office of the prestigious Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough law firm. Her practice focuses on health care. She is a 2015 cum laude graduate of the William & Mary Law School. Ms. Weinberg will bring a youthful and enlightened approach to the Justice 360 board.

Community Activist Judy Etheredge is based in Columbia. She is a business owner and focuses on health and physical fitness in the S.C. community. Mrs. Etheredge’s unique expertise and appeal will undoubtedly increase the reach of Justice 360 throughout the Midlands community.

Attorney Andrew Potter has dedicated his legal career to the defense of juveniles accused of criminal offenses. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and serves on the Juvenile Justice Committee for NACDL. His service to youth will be of great benefit to Justice 360 as we expand our mission in 2017.

Additional board members include Kitty Sutton {Board Chair}, Shantal M. Chan-Friday, Elizabeth Franklin-Best {Secretary}, Pamela D. Robinson, Todd Steadman, Christopher M. Sullivan and Robin Wheeler.
